  • How much does it cost to rent?

    It costs $20/hr to rent our prep kitchen and $25/hr to rent our full restaurant kitchen.

  • What type of equipment is in the kitchen?

  • How do I book time in the kitchen?

    Once we have received all the required information you will be sent a link to our Acuity Online Booking system which you can access from any computer or mobile device.

  • How far in advance can I book?

    As far as you would like! The kitchen is open 24/7 and it is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. If you have a specific date in mind for an event (like a holiday party) book it sooner rather than later so someone else doesn’t take your spot!

  • Can I advertise my event?

    Of course! The address for the Salt City Test Kitchen is 435 N. Salina St 13202. If you have any promotional material please send it to collin@saltcitytestkitchen.com so it can be shared on our Facebook page.

  • Can I serve alcohol?

    No. Unfortunately, we are not currently licensed to sell any type of alcohol on the premises.

  • Is there a limit to how often I can rent the kitchen?

    Nope! Rent to your hearts desire, but remember there are multiple other people who use the space as well.

  • Can I leave my food/equipment in the space?

    No, you must everything that you bring into the kitchen back out with you when you leave.
